Biography
He was born in 1951. In Kragujevac. He graduated from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in 1981. He defended master thesis in 1989. and his PhD dissertation in 1997. He worked in a factory machine tools “Ivo Lola Ribar” in the Republic Hydrometeorological Institute of Serbia, Institute of Welding Welder SZP, GRO Highway, RO Vatrosprem. Since 1989. he was employed in Belgrade Bank where he worked as a lead designer for joint projects at Belgrade Bank SA of system level; then he worked as advisor for AOP. For Belgrade Bank A.D. he organized introduction of tasks in the domain of e-commerce and payment via VISA electron card over the Internet. He was an advisor for IIS and AOP with the vital task to support and develop Internet-banking.
Teaching activities
Since 1999. year to September 2002. year he was teaching students computer animation at school of electrical and computer engineering. He was teaching digital payment systems and payment systems over the Internet at Alternative Academic Educational Network, and also Stock Exchange and stock exchange business on the Internet. He was teaching for two years Information Systems I and II (first and second years of study) at Academy of Arts BK department “Computer art and design,”. He was teaching e-business at Technical Faculty in Bor, University of Belgrade, within the postgraduate and PhD studies at Department of Management. He was teaching E-Business at Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Banja Luka. Doc PhD. Vojkan Vasković is currently employed at Belgrade Business School, where he in rank of professor teaches E-commerce and multimedia systems. He is an executive of Department of Business Studies IT and e-business at Belgrade Business School. During summer semester 2004th year he was teaching “E-business in the banking industry” in Belgrade Business School.
He was performing lectures of several courses at Faculty of Organizational Science, University of Belgrade as a teacher of undergraduate, graduate master, specialist and PhD studies:

Within of this study, he is organized and launched the program “Academic card” that is intended for students and which now operates successfully as a means of payment on the Internet, and more recently working as the first bank (in cooperation with Centrobanka AD Belgrade now Laiki Bank) payment card with which are possible and mobile payments.
Professional activities
Doc PhD Vojkan Vasković is president of the programming committee of the Symposium on Electronic business and Electronic commerce in Palic. He was editor and member of the scientific collegium of journal “Internet mirror”.

Doc PhD Vojkan Vaskovic has published six papers in journals of international importance in the SCI list, an article in a national monograph, eighteen papers in journals of international and national significance that are not on the list of SCI, about twenty-three papers in international and national conferences. He has published eight books for high school vocational studies and two university textbooks.
He has five patents and eleven technical solutions.
