
Biography
Srdjan Krco was born in 1970th year. He finished Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad, in 1994th year. He defended master thesis entitled “Speech Recognition” in 1997 at Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade. He defended PhD dissertation titled “Mobile personal networks for remote monitoring of health status,” in 2005. He was engaged as an assistant at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, at course: “Telecommunications Network”, since 1994. until 2000. In Ericsson R & D Ireland, he has been employed since 2000. and his workplaces were: senior researcher, project manager, team manager for system analysis, senior systems engineer.
[ac-accordions] [ac-accordion title=”Teaching activities”] Doc PhD Srdjan Krco was engaged in the period from 1994. to 2000. as an assistant and lecturer in courses: Telecommunication Networks and Telecommunications and Signal Processing at Department of Telecommunications and Signal Processing at the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad. In addition to holding lectures and exercises , he was leading several diploma thesis on the topic of speech recognition and telecommunications. During this period he was one of the initiators of courses on subject of ISDN (and co-author of the written materials for courses ISDN Basic and Advanced ISDN), which over the years has attended hundreds of engineers. These courses were first in series of courses that FTN offers today.Doc. PhD Srdjan Krco is initiator of the International Summer School on “The use of wireless sensor networks.” School was attended by more than 100 PhD students from all over the world, and 15-eminent world experts as lecturers.
Doc PhD Srdjan Krco is a lecturer for: basic undergraduate, graduate master, specialist and doctoral studies of Faculty of Organizational Sciences and he was holding lectures of several subjects:

- M-business
Doc. PhD Srdjan Krčo was leading development of two master’s theses while working at Ericsson: one on routing in ad-hoc networks (defended at Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade) and one on the impact of M2M traffic on mobile networks (defended at DCU in Dublin) . Also he held several lectures at universities in Ireland. He is a mentor to two PhD theses, one Master and one thesis at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences.
