The Department of E-business traditionally organizes the Elab Summer School titled “E-business technologies 2023”. As part of the Summer School, it is planned that participants will get acquainted with the development of digital products, blockchain technology and Big data architecture with Apache Kafka and Apache Spark frameworks.
Summer School of E-Business Technology 2023 will be organized in the period from September 18 to October 15, 2023 in four terms per week, from 18:00 to 21:15, in combined mode, in cabinet 304 and online, using moodle systems and video conferencing.
Within the school, more practical examples and laboratory exercises will be carried out. The Summer School “E-Business Technologies 2023” will include three courses:
- Managing the development of digital products (15 participants)
- Blockchain Technologies – PyTeal (15 participants)
- Big Data architecture based on Apache Kafka and Apache Spark frameworks (15 participants)
Students of undergraduate, master, specialist vocational, specialist academic and doctoral studies have the right to enroll in this Summer School. After applying, a ranking list will be formed based on previous success in studies and on the basis of interviews with participants.
For the realization of the summer school, the existing equipment of the Department of E-Business will be used.
Participation in the summer school is free of charge for all students.
Important dates:
- Applications for summer school can be completed no later than September 14, 2022.
- September 16 – publication of the list of participants
- September 18 – October 15 – summer school (final dates to be announced later)
The lecturers at the Summer School “E-Business Technologies” are professors and associates of the Department.
The rights and obligations between the participants of the first summer school “E-Business Technologies” and the Department of E-Business are regulated by signing a contract by which candidates accept the general conditions for attending the selected summer school course.
The certificate will be held in the premises of the faculty. Candidates who successfully complete the course within the summer school will be awarded certificates of participation in the summer school.
